Dear visitors to the site, recently, especially after the liability for the involvement and use of foreign labor force was considerably severized, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of firms that offer legalization of foreign employees.

At the same time, there has been an increase in production and selling of counterfeit documents sold as “official” papers formalized and issued by state authorities.

If you are a holder of such documents, you will damage the reputation of your company and the foreign workers it employs. Besides, in most likelihood, you will not be able to find the firm that carried out the “legalization”.

In order to prevent Russian employers from using the services of dishonest firms, which distribute the counterfeit products (work permits and permits for employment of foreign labor force), we would like to give a piece of advice.

There are some well-tired methods of revealing the forgery already on the stage of applying to the organization that undertook to formalize work permits and permits for employment of foreign labor force:

1. Never confide in the firms “of a day”. The first sign of such an institution is the unavailability of the office. You can learn that quite simply: it is impossible to see the address of the office and the passage plan anywhere, including their web-site (organizations of the kind most often have a web-site, which can be really informative and convincing). The address may indicated with a “postal” marking. The telephone is usually only mobile (only not a direct, but a federal number). If you want to arrive and bring the papers, they will put off sending a messenger.
2. If they promise to formalize a permit for the employment of the foreign labor force in less than a month, you are likely to receive a forgery, which may look very persuasive. If the period is from two weeks to a week – you will surely receive counterfeit documents. Never use the services of such firms!
3. If you are only required to bring the copies of the passports of the foreign workers you intend to employ and fill out an application according to the set pattern, what you will receive is a falsification.
4. Since the state dues for the employment of foreign workers in the Russian Federation total 4 000 rubles per person (3 000 for the issuance of the employment permit and 1 000 for the authorization), the price for the formalization of the documents in a serious organization that does not practice «production» of permits and authorizations cannot be less than 4 000 plus the price for the services, which totals in general from 10 to 12 thousand rubles per one foreign employee.
5. The firms, which actively advertise their services of obtaining registrations for CIS citizens for the stay in the RF, in all probability produce “quality” forgery.

If you employ citizens from abroad, be attentive and do not spin out time. Obtain all the necessary documents in due time. The delay and thrift will inevitably lead to unforeseen expenditure.
